International Food Festival
Salford University has students attend from all over the world and we want to celebrate this great diversity through the medium of food.
The festival will have stalls from the international society, fairtrade and local specialist food suppliers. We are also asking international students to donate their favourite recipe from their home country and to send it to the Recipe Exchange.
These recipes will be displayed on the day and three of them will be produced as part of the cooking demonstration happening throughout the afternoon. This will be a great chance to learn more about food cooked in other countries and to obviously taste a few, so come along!
