What is Positive Psychology?

If you want to understand the movement within counselling psychology toward considering positive psychology, then just imagine if World Mental Health Day would be called World Mental Illness Day! It really gives a different feel, doesn’t it? If you seek help from a counsellor, psychotherapist, counselling or clinical psychologist, or other mental health professional, it is important to talk about your problems, difficulties, and issues, but it is also extremely helpful to consider your strengths, abilities, and areas of your life that are working well.
